After several discussions with the owner & site visit, we proceeded with the transformation in 2 scopes of works. We started the transformation project with product reposition & a new package was redesigned. By creating a new tagline and philosophy of work for the company, we re-imaged the brand with a stronger appearance on Facebook & the website. We innovated the product package into an incredible & irresistible offer in a MENU-style of quotation. By twisting the offers, customers would be more willing to spend, while the company could maximize the profit further. A win-win solution was created.
The project was then followed by fast brand awareness through social media & search engine marketing. We established the Google local business with strategic keyword bidding. This was to increase visibility in search engines with the right demography. Synergized with an intensive social media campaign, we double enquiries & walk-ins to the outlet using.
